PZZS Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and PZZS, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of California, USA ("we", "us", or "the Company"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided at pzzs.com (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
We provide virtual private servers (VPS) and related services. The Service is billed on prepaid cycles (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) in US dollars (USD). We may adjust product specifications and pricing at any time; price changes do not affect cycles already paid and take effect from the next renewal.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration and billing information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding your password, SSH private keys, and two-factor credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. One account per user; abusing promotions, coupons, or referral commissions through multiple accounts may result in forfeiture of related benefits and account termination.
4. Fees, Payment, and Renewal
All services are prepaid. Before expiry you may renew manually or enable auto-renewal (charged from your wallet balance 24 hours before expiry). Unrenewed services enter a grace period, are then suspended, and are eventually destroyed. Destroyed data cannot be recovered. Wallet balances are non-transferable; except as provided in Section 5, wallet balances and paid service fees are non-refundable. Backing up your data before expiry or termination is your responsibility.
5. Refund Policy
A newly purchased VPS is eligible for a refund via support ticket if all of the following are met:
- no more than 72 hours have passed since provisioning;
- total traffic used by the instance is under 1 GB;
- no violation of the Acceptable Use Policy has occurred.
IP recovery fee (China-optimized plans only): if the IP address assigned to your instance was blocked by mainland China networks as a result of your usage, a $5.00 IP recovery fee is deducted from the refund. No fee applies if the blocking was not caused by your usage. This clause does not apply to international plans — whether an IP is blocked by mainland China does not affect their refunds, though the no-abuse condition still applies.
Eligible refunds are credited to your account wallet, or, at our discretion, returned via the original payment method (third-party processing fees may be deducted). The following are non-refundable: renewal fees, traffic reset fees, amounts covered by coupons, and add-on service fees. Services suspended or terminated for AUP violations are non-refundable. We may refuse refunds and restrict accounts that abuse this policy (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund).
5.1 Affiliate Program
You may share your personal referral link. When a user who registered through your link makes a payment, you earn a commission of 10% of the amount paid (the default rate; we may adjust the rate or the program prospectively by updating this page). Commissions accrue on new purchases and renewals of prepaid plans and are held for 7 days before becoming withdrawable; withdrawals are available from $50 via USDT (TRC20) or US bank transfer. Purchases of bandwidth-billed (95th percentile) plans do not earn commission. Self-referral, referral of accounts you control, and referral fraud void commissions and may result in account termination.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate some or all of the Service immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you violate these Terms or the AUP; (b) payment is overdue; (c) required by law enforcement, a court, or a regulator; (d) your usage poses a security or stability threat to our network, systems, or other customers. Fees already paid are not refunded in such cases, and you shall compensate us for resulting losses (including IP reputation damage and third-party complaint handling costs).
7. Service Level
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but make no uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via the panel or email. Current service status, incidents and planned maintenance are also published on our public status page. We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, upstream provider failures, DDoS attacks, your own configuration, or third parties.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption), even if advised of the possibility; (b) our aggregate liability for all claims under these Terms is limited to the fees you actually paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, directors, and employees from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, content you upload or transmit, or your violation of these Terms or the AUP.
11. Data and Backups
Your instance data resides on the virtual disk you rent. Snapshots are not off-site backups. Once a service is destroyed (expiry, deletion by you, or termination for violations), data cannot be recovered. Backing up your data is your own responsibility.
Additional data disks are part of the instance they are attached to: they are billed with each renewal and destroyed together with the instance. Snapshots and backups include data disks (which makes them larger and slower), and restoring a backup or rolling back a snapshot also returns data disks to that point in time. Reinstalling the operating system replaces only the system disk. Deleting a data disk permanently erases its data and is not refunded for the remaining term.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be brought in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in California, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via the panel or email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

PZZS Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This policy applies to all PZZS customers and their end users. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your services. We have zero tolerance for abuse.
1. Prohibited Illegal Activity
- Any activity that violates US federal or state law, the law of your jurisdiction, or the law of the server's location;
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance; immediate termination and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement;
- Fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, money laundering, or sale of prohibited goods;
- Use in violation of US export controls or economic sanctions (OFAC).
2. Prohibited Network Abuse
- Sending unsolicited email (UCE/UBE) or relaying spam (outbound port 25 is blocked on all instances by default);
- Launching or participating in DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute-forcing, exploitation, or other unauthorized network activity;
- Operating botnets, C2 servers, malware distribution, or traffic hijacking;
- IP spoofing, ARP spoofing, or using IP addresses not assigned to you (enforced by the platform);
- Running open resolvers, open proxies, or other services exploitable for reflection/amplification attacks.
3. Prohibited Content
- Content infringing copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property (pirated media/software distribution, private game servers, etc.); two substantiated DMCA complaints result in termination;
- Violent terrorist content or content inciting hatred;
- Unauthorized collection or publication of others' personal information (doxxing).
4. Fair Resource Use
- No cryptocurrency mining (including CPU/disk proof projects such as Chia or XMR);
- No sustained full-load CPU beyond 6 hours that degrades other tenants on the same host;
- No public proxy/VPN exit resale or other high-IP-reputation-risk businesses; personal VPN use is fine;
- Traffic is metered per plan (the greater of inbound/outbound); overages are throttled or suspended per plan policy.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may take one or more of the following actions: warning with a remediation deadline, throttling, instance suspension, instance termination, or account termination. Serious violations under Sections 1 and 2 result in immediate termination without refund; we may cooperate with law enforcement and preserve and hand over relevant evidence as required by law. You are liable for losses caused by blacklisting of our IP ranges or upstream penalties resulting from your violations.
6. Reporting Abuse
To report abuse originating from our network, send evidence (logs, timestamps, source IPs) to abuse@pzzs.com or use our online abuse report form. We investigate and act within a reasonable time, and we do not disclose the reporter's identity to our customer.
